MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding each laundry renovation in Clayton from the first site discussion through to the final checks. He keeps the project focused on how the household uses the space, so storage, access and appliance positions are considered together.
As the work takes shape, Miltiadis guides decisions around cabinet placement, shelving and preparation for laundry appliances. He keeps the carpentry plan practical for the room and mindful of how plumbing and electrical work fits into the renovation, helping each stage stay clear and well coordinated.
Customers have a direct point of contact in Miltiadis and can talk through what they need from the finished laundry. He explains the work as it progresses, keeps them informed about the next steps and pays close attention to the final details, so the space is ready for everyday use.
