MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, keeping each project organised and guiding the team through the details that shape a good result. For laundry renovations in Bentleigh East, he helps make sure the work suits the home and the way the space needs to function.
He stays involved as the job progresses, paying attention to how the layout, storage and finishes come together. Miltiadis keeps decisions grounded in the home’s practical needs, checks the finer points along the way and coordinates the work thoughtfully around the space, so the finished laundry feels considered and useful.
Customers can expect to deal directly with Miltiadis and know what is happening at each stage. He listens to questions, explains the next steps in language that’s easy to follow and stays attentive through to completion. That involvement helps make the renovation feel straightforward, with care taken to leave the home ready to use.
