Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding laundry renovation work in Clayton South. He stays involved from the initial site visit through to the final checks, keeping an eye on how the layout will work in the home and how the space needs to function for the household.
He directs the carpentry with the finished room in mind, checking cabinet positions, storage needs and appliance access as the work progresses.
