MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
At Athans Building Services, Miltiadis leads laundry renovation work in Beaumaris, supporting each job from the first discussion through to completion. He keeps the project focused on how the household needs the space to function, helping shape practical decisions around the room’s layout and everyday use.
Miltiadis guides the work with a clear plan, checking how cabinetry, storage and appliance spaces fit together before the carpentry gets underway. He keeps practical details in view, including the existing structure and coordination around plumbing and electrical work, so decisions suit the space.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to stay involved, explain what’s happening and make time to answer questions as the job progresses. His straightforward approach helps households understand the choices being made and what comes next, keeping the focus on a laundry that works well for everyday routines.
