MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, keeping each job organised and making sure the work stays on track. He’s closely involved in residential painting projects, guiding the team through practical decisions that help each home’s interior and exterior surfaces receive the right care.
Miltiadis sets a clear direction before work begins, then stays engaged as the job progresses. For residential painting in Sandringham, he helps coordinate preparation and painting across the surfaces being worked on, checking that each stage is handled thoughtfully and the finished work suits the home.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and can expect a considered, down-to-earth approach throughout the project. He keeps them informed about what’s happening, listens to their preferences and responds to questions as they arise. His involvement helps make the painting process feel straightforward, from the first discussion through to completion.
