MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the daily work at Athans Building Services, guiding residential painting projects in Bentleigh East from the initial discussion to the final review. He keeps the work organised, checks that the team understands each home’s requirements and stays close to every stage, so choices suit the property and its finishes.
He leads each job by clarifying the work to be done and keeping attention on the details that affect the finished surfaces. Before painting begins, he considers the condition of walls, ceilings, doors and trims, then oversees preparation and application with care.
Customers dealing with Miltiadis can expect straightforward conversations and updates as the work progresses. He listens to what matters in their home, answers questions clearly and makes sure the agreed work is understood. At the end, he checks the result and leaves customers clear on what has been completed.
