MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding the team’s residential painting work in Caulfield. He stays involved from the early planning through to the final checks, helping keep each job organised and making sure the work suits the home and the customer’s needs.
When a painting project is under way, Miltiadis sets a clear plan and keeps an eye on the details at each stage. He helps coordinate preparation and painting, considers how rooms are used, and responds to practical questions so the work can progress smoothly around the household.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to be accessible throughout the process and attentive to their concerns. He takes time to understand what they want from their home, explains what is happening next and checks the finished areas with care, helping customers feel informed and comfortable while work is underway.
