MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding residential painting projects for homes in Clayton. He stays involved from the first look at the job through to the finished paintwork, keeping the work focused on what each home needs and helping the team deliver a considered result.
When overseeing a job, Miltiadis gives the team clear direction and checks that surfaces are ready before painting begins. He keeps track of the work, from preparing walls and trims to applying paint neatly, so each stage is handled with care and the home is respected throughout.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect him to explain what is happening and answer questions as the job progresses. He makes time to understand the household’s needs, keeps the work area orderly, and checks the finished paintwork with the customer, helping them feel informed and comfortable from start to finish.
