MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, keeping each residential painting job in Cheltenham moving with a plan. He stays involved from the first look at the home through to the final checks, making sure the work is organised around the property and the result the customer wants.
On site, Miltiadis guides the preparation and painting in a considered order, checking surfaces and finishes as the job progresses. He keeps an eye on the small details, coordinates the work to suit the home, and steps in to address anything that needs attention before the job is complete.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis throughout the job, with updates on what’s happening and what comes next. He takes time to understand their preferences, answers questions in straightforward terms and makes sure the home is left tidy once painting is finished, so customers know what to expect at each stage.
