MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services today, overseeing the work and keeping each project moving with care. For window installation in Caulfield, he guides the process from the first look at the opening through to the final fit, making sure the work is planned around the home and its needs.
He stays close to the details, checking measurements, preparation and how the new or replacement window sits within the opening. Miltiadis coordinates the fitting and finishing so frames, timber details and interior edges come together neatly, while keeping the work focused on what the property requires.
Customers have a clear point of contact in Miltiadis and can expect him to explain what’s happening as the job progresses. He listens to concerns, keeps communication straightforward and checks the finished window with care, helping customers feel informed and comfortable from the initial discussion through to completion.
