MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding each job from the first discussion through to the finished work. For window installation in Bentleigh East, he helps shape a practical plan around the home and the window opening, keeping the work organised and making sure each stage is understood before it begins.
He takes a hands on approach, checking measurements, preparing the opening and considering how the new frame will sit within the surrounding walls. Miltiadis coordinates the fitting and finishing work, including reveals, sills and trim, so the window connects neatly with the room. He keeps the job moving with a clear focus on what needs doing next.
Customers can speak directly with Miltiadis and know who is overseeing the work in their home. He explains the steps involved, keeps them informed as the installation progresses and makes time for questions along the way. Before wrapping up, he checks the completed area and confirms the customer is comfortable with the result.
