MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis Karaliolios leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding bathroom renovation projects across Sandringham. He stays involved as plans take shape, helping keep the work organised and making sure practical details are considered before decisions are made. His role helps keep each job moving.
He works closely with the team throughout the renovation, keeping carpentry decisions aligned with the needs of the bathroom. From preparing framing and surrounds to coordinating details around plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing and tiling, Miltiadis helps each stage fit together as intended.
Customers can speak directly with Miltiadis about the work and what each part of the renovation involves. He takes time to understand how the bathroom needs to function, answers questions as the job progresses and keeps the process clear, so homeowners know what is happening and who is coordinating the work.
