MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis Karaliolios leads Athans Building Services in the day to day delivery of its work. As the person guiding each project, he keeps the practical details in view and helps ensure decisions are clear from the outset. His leadership supports bathroom renovation work for Mentone homeowners.
He guides the work by keeping each stage organised and making sure the carpentry details are considered alongside the wider bathroom renovation. He stays involved as the job progresses, checks how components fit together, and helps the team keep the finished space practical and carefully put together.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to take time to understand what they need from the bathroom and talk through workable options. He answers questions in straightforward terms, checks in on the details that matter, and makes sure customers know what is happening as the work moves along.
