MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis Karaliolios leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding bathroom renovation projects in Caulfield from the initial planning through to the finishing details. He keeps each job focused on what the household needs, helping shape a practical bathroom that suits the home and the people who use it.
As work progresses, Miltiadis pays close attention to how each stage fits together. He considers the carpentry details, checks that the work is prepared for the next trades, and keeps the finished space in mind throughout. His hands on approach helps the team stay organised and attentive to the details.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis, who keeps them informed as their bathroom renovation takes shape. He listens to their preferences, talks through the work clearly and responds to questions along the way. This gives customers a clear sense of what is happening and helps them feel looked after throughout the project.
