MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, guiding kitchen renovation projects in Mentone with a clear understanding of what each home needs. He stays involved as plans take shape, steering the work from early decisions through to the finished space and keeping practical outcomes in view.
When leading kitchen renovation carpentry, Miltiadis considers how cabinetry, storage and finishing will work together in the home. He guides decisions around layouts and fittings with the space’s everyday use in mind, and keeps the work coordinated as each part comes together.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect him to stay engaged, explain what is happening in straightforward terms and listen to the priorities for their kitchen. He takes care to keep the process considered and the finished work suited to the home, so customers know who is guiding the job and what each stage involves.
